Broccoli & Cauliflower Sauté with Garlic & Ginger

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 lb. broccoli
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 medium cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh ginger
  • Kosher salt
  • 9 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil; more as needed
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 small head cauliflower (about 1-¼ pounds)
    • ½ tsp. yellow mustard seeds
    • ½ tsp. brown or black mustard seeds
    • Pinch saffron threads, crumbled
    • Large pinch dried red chile flakes; more to taste
