Broccoli and Cheese Casserole 10


  • 2 package(s) frozen broccoli
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup(s) cheese crackers, crushed

Boil broccoli 5 minutes, or until tender, in salted water. Drain and put in casserole dish. Make mixture of soup, onion, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese. Mix and pour over broccoli. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
