Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups grated low-fat Cheddar
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 large baking potatoes
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • ¾ pound broccoli florets (5 cups)
