Broccoli and Garlic Pasta


  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 1 cupchicken broth
  • ½ teaspoondried basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cupsbroccoli florets
  • 4 ½ cupshotcooked penne

1 In a large skillet, combine broth, basil, pepper, garlic and broccoli. Bring to a boil. 2 Cover and cook over low heat for 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. 3 Add hot cooked pasta and lemon juice. Toss to coat. Serve with cheese.
