Broccoli, Apple and Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp unpasteurized honey
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup avocado oil (or extra-virgin olive oil)
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • the juice of 2 limes (about ¼ cup)
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • For the vinaigrette
    • 4 slices crispy bacon
    • ¼ cup dates, chopped (about 10)
    • ½ cup raisins
    • 1 cup sliced green olives
    • 1 cup raw almonds, chopped
    • 1 large red apple, diced
    • 2 heads broccoli, florets only, chopped
