Broccoli Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) broccoli florets
  • 1 red apple, chopped (large)
  • ½ cup(s) vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup(s) raisins
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chopped Onion
  • chopped walnuts (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a medium serving bowl. (For extra crunch, add chopped walnuts!) Cover and refrigerate until serving. Makes 2 servings.
