Broccoli Cheese Soup 31

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • ¾ cup(s) Grated Cheese
  • 8 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 4 cup(s) milk
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) cooked broccoli

Mix butter, flour, and spices in large saucepan. Gradually add milk stirring constantly, until smooth. Gradually add cheese, continuing to stir, until melted. Finely chop broccoli and add to soup. Heat until warm through. Serve. You can use evaporated milk for a creamier, richer soup.
