Broccoli Fondue Dip


  • ¼ cup(s) green pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup(s) onions, diced
  • 1 can(s) mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • ½ cup(s) butter, unsalted
  • breadsticks or crackers
  • 16 ounce(s) chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 2 cup(s) swiss cheese, shredded
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 can(s) condensed cream of mushroom soup

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Saute until translucent. Stir in remaining ingredients and add to slow cooker. Cook on low until cheese has melted and broccoli has softened. Serve with breadsticks or crackers.
