Broccoli Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crumbled)
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • dash pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 cup(s) mushroom soup
  • ½ cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) grated sharp cheddar cheese
    • 2 onions; chopped (small)
    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 package(s) frozen chopped spinach
    • 1 package(s) frozen chopped broccoli

Cook broccoli and spinach for 5 minutes in 1 1/2 C. of water. Drain. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Put in a buttered 8 X 8 casserole dish (double the recipe for a 13 X 9). Top with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. (Can use all broccoli).
