Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 medium-size yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1 (12-ounce) package broccoli slaw
  • ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Combine broccoli slaw, squash, and bell pepper in a large bowl. Add half of mayonnaise mixture (about 1/4 cup), tossing to coat.
