Broccoli-Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 pound firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 ½ tablespoons bottled minced garlic
  • 1 (3 1/2-ounce) bag boil-in-bag brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
    • 2 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
    • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Cook the rice according to package directions. While rice cooks, combine soy sauce and the next 4 ingredients (soy sauce through sesame oil) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk; set aside.
