  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1-½ Tbs. chopped fresh oregano
  • 1-½ lb broccoli crowns
  • 1 small to medium clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 medium lemon
  • ½ tsp. crumbled dried oregano
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ tsp. kosher salt
    • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

In a large pot (one that accomodates your steamer), bring about 2 inches of water to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, trim and cut the broccoli into 2- to 3-inch florets.
