Broccoli with Hot Bacon Dressing


  • 4 slice(s) bacon
  • 1 clove(s) garlic - finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup(s) golden raisins
  • 2 pound(s) broccoli - trimmed and cut into 1 inch florets and the stems cut into ¼ inch slices
  • 1/3 cup(s) raisins
  • ¼ cup(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

    • salt and pepper to taste
