Brocolli Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

• salt & pepper
• ½ cup(s) Milk
• 1 egg
• 9 ounce(s) grated cheddar cheese
• 10 ounce(s) chopped fresh broccoli
• 1 frozen deep dish pie shell

Cook broccoli according to package directions then drain. Put broccoli in pie shell and top with cheese. Mix egg, milk and salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli and cheese. Bake at 400 deg for 30 minutes.
