  • 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
  • 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 (1-pound) flank steak, trimmed
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Cooking spray
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¾ teaspoon salt, divided
    • 1 ¼ teaspoons ground cumin, divided
    • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (about 1 tablespoon)

Preheat broiler. Combine 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and red pepper; sprinkle evenly over steak.
