Broiled Halibut with Orange- Shallot Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 stick (1/4 lb.) unsalted butter
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 large shallot, minced
- Half-moon orange slices, for garnish
- 4 (6- to 8 oz.) halibut or cod fillets

Preheat broiler. In a medium saucepan, melt 1 Tbsp. butter over medium heat. Add shallot and 1/2 tsp. salt and cook, stirring, until softened, about 3 minutes.
