Broiled Halibut with Ricotta-Pea Puree
Ingredients
- 3 small carrots, quartered lengthwise
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 6-ounce center-cut skinless halibut fillets (1 ¾ inches thick)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 10-ounce package frozen peas
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1. Preheat the broiler. Line a broiler pan with foil and preheat 5 minutes.
