Broiled Lamb Chops with Mint Chimichurri

  • 4 (1-inch-thick) lamb shoulder chops
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups fresh flat-leaf parsley including trimmed stems
  • 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 (10-ounces) package frozen peas
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 cups mint
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
