Broiled Miso-Marinated Halibut
Ingredients
- ¼ cup sake or dry white wine
- ¼ tsp. Asian sesame oil
- ¼ cup white miso paste
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- Four 6-oz. skinless halibut fillets
- ¼ cup mirin
