Broiled Spice-Rubbed Lamb Chops

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp. ground cayenne
  • Kosher salt
  • 12 lamb rib chops, preferably Australian (about 1-¾ lb.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tsp. ground coriander
    • ¼ cup plus 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 Tbs. ground cumin

In the oven, position a rack 4 inches from the broiler and heat the broiler to high. Combine 1/4 cup of the olive oil and the lime juice in a wide, shallow dish.
