Broiled Steak with Horseradish Cream
- 1 1-inch-thick sirloin steak (1 1/2 to 2 lb)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons bottled horseradish
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ teaspoon salt
