Ingredients

  • 2 cups and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ cup whole milk
