Ingredients

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 head medium cauliflower (about 2 lb.), chopped*
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Garnish: fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons butter
