Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 ¾ cups brown sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla
    • ½ cup (1/4 lb.) butter, at room temperature

1. To make streusel mixture, in a food processor or a bowl, whirl or mix 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
