Brownie-Peanut Ice Cream Roll

Ingredients

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 pint ice cream
• 1 (20 oz.) box brownie mix, prepared according to package directions (but not baked)
