Buckwheat and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ inch ginger (optional, if you love ginger this is nice but not too much or it takes over)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 stevia or 1-2 tsp agave syrup
  • 6 inch cucumber
  • juice of one lemon
  • 4 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
    • ½ cup almond milk
    • 1/3 cup raw buckwheat soaked in filtered water 30 mins, or overnight

Place all ingredients in high speed blender and mix until nice and smooth. Taste for flavour and adjust sweetness if desired.
