Buckwheat Batter


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup plus 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
