Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups fat-free sour cream
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
    • ¼ cup all-purpose flour (about 1 ounce)
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 large egg white
    • 2 large eggs
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • ¼ cup butter, softened
    • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 2 ½ cups cake flour (about 10 ounces)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray; dust with breadcrumbs.
