Burgers with Sun-Dried-Tomato Mayo and Arugula
Ingredients
- 1-¼ lb. ground beef, preferably 80% lean
- Kosher salt
- 2 Tbs. minced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns, preferably brioche
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- + 4 more ingredients

- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. granulated sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 oz. arugula (2 lightly packed cups)
