Burgers with Sun-Dried-Tomato Mayo and Arugula

  • 2 oz. arugula (2 lightly packed cups)
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 hamburger buns, preferably brioche
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1-¼ lb. ground beef, preferably 80% lean
    • ¼ tsp. granulated sugar
    • Kosher salt
    • 2 Tbs. minced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
