Ingredients

• 7 eggs
• ½ cup(s) water
• ¼ cup(s) Miracle Whip
• salt & pepper, to taste
• 1 ½ pound(s) ground beef
• 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 green pepper, thinly sliced

  • 5 tortillas
  • shredded cheese

With mixer, beat eggs, water, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper for 3 minutes on high speed.
