  • 1 t 1 teaspoon crushed culinary lavender

    • 6 T unsalted butter, cut into pats
    • 1-¼ c buttermilk
    • 1 c plus 2 T. heavy cream
    • 2 T turbinado sugar(raw sugar)
    • 1/3 c good quality jarred lemon curd
    • 2 T powdered sugar
    • 1-½ c each Washington state grown red raspberries and blackberries
    • 2 T fresh lemon juice
