Busy Day Pumpkin Cake


  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup(s) chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 cup(s) melted margarine or butter
  • 1 package(s) yellow cake mix
  • 1 can(s) evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
  • 1 can(s) pumpkin pie mix (30 ounce can)

Heat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9" pan. Combine pumpkin, eggs, sugar and milk. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Drizzle with melted butter; and sprinkle with pecans.
