Butter Pecan Turtle Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 ½ cups butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
