Butter Rum Ham and Pineapple


  • 1 ½ lbs fully cooked boneless ham
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rum extract
  • ½ fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
