Buttered Zucchini


  • ¼ teaspoon onion juice
  • 1 ½ pounds zucchini, cleaned
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • Paprika

Cut zucchini into 1/4-inchthick slices. Place in a medium saucepan with boiling salted water to cover. Cook 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Drain well. Transfer zucchini to a serving bowl. Combine butter and onion juice; pour evenly over zucchini. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.
