Butterfly Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
• 1 egg white
• 1 tablespoon cream
• ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¹/₈ teaspoon salt
• 3 drops red food coloring

1. Cream butter or margarine. Add part of the sugar gradually, blending after each addition.
