  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 drops red food coloring
