Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup(s) buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 3 stick(s) butter (room temp)
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ½ teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 teaspoon(s) baking powder
    • 1 cup(s) cake flour

Preheat oven to 350°. Line pan or cupcake pans. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt, set aside. Cream, butter and sugar until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Alternately add flour and buttermilk, ending with the flour. Bake.
