Buttermilk Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sifted cake flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
