Buttermilk Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Coarsely ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (16-ounce) package shredded coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon sugar or sugar substitute, such as Splenda
  • 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    • ¼ cup orange juice
    • 1 cup raisins
