  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups assorted tropical fruits (such as mango, papaya, and kiwi)
  • 2 cups reduced fat buttermilk (2%)
  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 7 tablespoons sugar
