Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato and Tomato Cheese Bake


  • 2 pound(s) butternut squash
  • 4 large tomatoes - peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1 cup(s) colby jack cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can sweet potatoes - sliced
