Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato and Tomato Cheese Bake
Ingredients
- 2 pound(s) butternut squash
- 4 large tomatoes - peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
- 1 cup(s) colby jack cheese or cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can sweet potatoes - sliced

- 10 green onions - sliced including the green tops
