Ingredients

  • 1 package(s) cubed butternut squash
  • 1 red onion (large)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 package(s) baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup(s) dried Cranberries
