Butterscotch & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar (light)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 cup butterscotch chips
    • 1 cup chocolate chips
    • 1 cup chopper nuts (optional)

1 Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. 2 Beat butter and white+brown sugars in an other bowl. 3 Add vanilla. 4 Add eggs and beat between each one. 5 Mix in flour Mixture. 6 Make walnut sized cookies and place on greased cookie sheet. 7 Bake for 11 minutes at 375* F.
