  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups white sugar, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and butterscotch chips.
