Butterscotch Haystacks 3


  • 3 ½ cup(s) miniature marshmallows
  • 10 ounce(s) chow mein noodles
  • ¾ cup(s) Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 package(s) butterscotch chips (1 2/3 cup 11 ounce pkg)

Cover 3 cookie sheets with wax paper. Melt chips in saucepan or double boiler (or in a microwavable bowl). Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, chow mein noodles, and marshmallows. Stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. Let them set, then remove to store.
