Butterscotch Ice Cream topping


  • 1 cup(s) water
  • ½ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 box(es) butterscotch pudding (3 ¾ ounce box)

Combine in sauce pan and blending well. Cook over low heat until all sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Bring to a full boil then remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter and stir in. Makes 1 cup sauce. Can use chocolate flavor pudding for hot fudge sauce.
