Butterscotch Icebox Cookies


  • 1 cup(s) chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon(s) baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3 ½ cup(s) flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cup(s) packed dark brown sugar

Cream butter, add sugar and cream well. Beat in eggs. Sift the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and nuts.
