Butterscotch Lunch Box Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package(s) 10-11 ounce butterscotch chips
  • 1 package(s) yellow cake mix (18 ¼ ounce pkg)
  • 1 Cook and Service Vanilla Pudding Mix (3 ounce )
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • ½ cup(s) chopped pecans

Cook pudding mix and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in cake mix. Batter will be lumpy. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
