Butterscotch Monkey Bread


  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix
  • ½ cup margarine, cut into pieces
  • 22 frozen dinner rolls
