Ingredients

  • 2 pint(s) heavy cream
  • 6 eggs separated
  • ½ cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 package(s) butterscotch chips (12 ounce pkg)

Melt chips in water and vanilla, add 1/2 cup sugar. Take off heat, add egg yolks, mix and cool. Beat egg whites stiff, fold into above. Beat 1 pint heavy cream plus 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in mixture.
